Germany 0-1 Greece
Substitute Dimitrios Kourbelis struck a deflected second-half winner in Augsburg to hand Jürgen Klopp his first defeat as Germany coach.
Klopp made five changes from Thursday’s 1-1 draw with the Netherlands, and although Germany dominated possession, with debutant Bambase Conte impressing, they rarely troubled goalkeeper Konstantinos Tzolakis.
Norway 1-2 Portugal
Goncalo Ramos started in place of a rested Cristiano Ronaldo and scored the winner as holders Portugal made it back-to-back wins in Oslo.
João Félix opened the scoring in the 17th minute, before Erling Haaland, guilty of missing several earlier chances, levelled six minutes into the second half.
Norway’s lead lasted barely a moment, though, as goalkeeper Ørjan Nyland gifted the ball straight to Ramos, who calmly chipped it in. A later Ramos effort was ruled out for offside after a VAR review.

Serbia 1-2 Netherlands
Mexx Meerdink’s brace gave Xavi Hernández his first win as Netherlands coach. Meerdink converted a first-half penalty to put the visitors ahead, before Luka Jović levelled for Serbia moments into the second half.
Meerdink restored the lead in the 69th minute, finishing well after being played in by substitute Guus Til.
Denmark 2-0 Wales
Denmark bounced back from Thursday’s loss to Norway with a comfortable win over Wales in Copenhagen. Wales captain Ben Davies turned a Mikkel Damsgaard free-kick into his own net under pressure from Rasmus Højlund, before Gustav Isaksen’s deflected effort doubled the lead 13 minutes later.
Austria 3-1 Kosovo
Austria made it two wins from two in League B, with David Affengruber, Junior Adamu and Carney Chukwuemeka on target in a 3-1 win over Kosovo in Vienna.

Israel 0-3 Ireland
Ireland secured a 3-0 win over Israel, though the result was overshadowed by the atmosphere surrounding the match. Played at a neutral venue in Debrecen, Hungary, the fixture had been in doubt earlier in the week amid pressure on Ireland’s squad to boycott it over the war in Gaza, before players voted to go ahead with the game.
Ireland’s players wore black armbands and bowed their heads during the Israeli anthem, while the two sides skipped the pre-match handshake and pennant exchange. Troy Parrott opened the scoring in the 14th minute, with Jack Moylan among the later scorers as Ireland completed the win.
