10. Marc Cucurella – €65.3 million

Cucurella made 163 appearances and played 12,630 minutes for Chelsea, registering 9 goals and 13 assists, before completing a move to Real Madrid this summer.

9. Alvaro Morata – €66 million

Morata scored 24 goals and provided 6 assists in 72 appearances and 4,283 minutes during a stop start Chelsea spell, before a series of moves across Europe that have taken him to Serie A side Como.

8. Mykhailo Mudryk – €70 million

Mudryk has scored 10 goals and provided 11 assists in 73 appearances and 3,611 minutes since his move from Shakhtar Donetsk, a modest return relative to the fee involved.

7. Kepa Arrizabalaga – €80 million

Once a world record fee for a goalkeeper, Kepa made 163 appearances and played 14,522 minutes for Chelsea, keeping 56 clean sheets while conceding 175 goals, before later dropping down the pecking order and departing for Arsenal.

In his most recent season at Villa, he scored 14 goals and provided 12 assists in 55 appearances across all competitions, form that also helped Villa win the Europa League in 2025-26.
