Manchester City remain in talks with Lille over Ayyoub Bouaddi. Personal terms have been agreed with the 18-year-old Morocco midfielder, but the clubs are still negotiating a potential £85m fee.

Bouaddi could arrive as Rodri prepares to complete his move to Barcelona. The Spanish midfielder has travelled to Catalonia for a medical after City accepted an offer worth approximately £65.4m.

Tottenham goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario is expected to join Juventus on loan, with the proposed agreement including an option to buy for around £8.6m. Spurs are also interested in City winger Savinho and Liverpool forward Cody Gakpo.

Elsewhere, Aston Villa are closing in on Parma goalkeeper Zion Suzuki, while Aaron Wan-Bissaka has emerged as a target at right-back.

Premier League clubs have until midnight SAST at the start of 2 September to complete their remaining transfers.
