Newcastle’s star striker Alexander Isak has informed the club he wishes to explore a move away, with Premier League champions Liverpool his preferred destination.
Isak is regarded as one of Europe’s top forwards and will command a British record transfer fee if any move is to materialize, but despite the Reds spending spree that is approaching €300m, they are still willing to add the 25-year-old to their ranks.
🚨 Once again: Alexander Isak wants Liverpool, it’s his priority as reported.

Luis Diaz and Darwin Nunez are attracting interest from across Europe and Saudi Arabia and would comfortably fund the move for Isak if sold, with Diaz valued in the region of €100m and Nunez roughly €70m respectively.
Isak would be joining a new-look attack that has seen German sensation Florian Wirtz and Frankfurt’s talisman Hugo Ekitike link up with Cody Gakpo and Premier League player of the season Mohamed Salah.
