Serie A’s title race will be decided on the final matchday after Napoli and Inter Milan both drew in Matchday 37.

Napoli was held 0-0 by relegation-threatened Parma, with a late penalty overturned by VAR. Inter twice led against Lazio but drew 2-2 after Pedro’s double and a disallowed Arnautović winner.

Napoli remains one point ahead of Inter. A win against Cagliari seals the title for Napoli. If they drop points, Inter can overtake them with a victory over Como.

Both coaches, Antonio Conte (Napoli) and Simone Inzaghi (Inter), were sent off and will miss the final matches.
