His stunning effort sealed Al-Nassr’s 4-1 Saudi Pro League victory over Al-Khaleej.

The 40-year-old superstar struck in the sixth minute of stoppage time, meeting Nawaf Boushal’s looping cross with a perfectly executed bicycle kick from the heart of the penalty area.

It was Ronaldo’s 954th career goal, immediately drawing comparisons with his iconic 2018 Champions League strike for Real Madrid against Juventus.

Supporters inside Al-Awwal Park erupted as the Portugal captain wheeled away, adding another entry to a catalogue of spectacular career goals that also includes an overhead effort against Poland in the Nations League just last year.

The win lifted Al-Nassr four points clear at the top of the Saudi Pro League, with Ronaldo’s late flourish underlining his enduring influence despite his long wait for silverware since arriving in Saudi Arabia in 2023.
