Foster marked his first start for Houston with an 18th-minute opener on Saturday, pressuring Michael Boxall into a mistake before driving into the penalty area and finishing.
Minnesota responded through Kelvin Yeboah and Marcus Caldeira, but Duncan McGuire’s stoppage-time equaliser secured a point for Houston. Foster joined the American club on loan from Burnley in September.
