Bafana face Guinea in AFCON Qualifiers opener
First up for Bafana Bafana is a tricky test against a quality Guinea side at the Orlando Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
Guinea is home to some top players like Borussia Dortmund star Serhou Guirassy, meaning the 81st ranked side are not just here to make up numbers.
Bafana head into the qualifiers looking to keep their momentum rolling after reaching the past two final AFCON tournaments, safely putting their 2021 absence in the rearview mirror.
SABC confirm TV details
South African fans across the country will be able to watch Bafana Bafana’s clash against Guinea. The national broadcaster has confirmed that the match will be televised live on SABC1.
Action at the Orlando Stadium is scheduled to get underway at 15:00 SAST. At the same time, Kenya and Eritrea face off in Group D’s other clash.
