Arsenal 1-0 Hull
Arsenal had to be patient against Hull at the Emirates, but Martin Ødegaard eventually won it in the 72nd minute. Hull goalkeeper Konstantinos Tzolakis spilled Noni Madueke’s shot, and the captain fired in the rebound for his first goal since early September.
Arsenal dominated possession and thought they should have had a penalty before half-time when Kai Havertz’s shirt was pulled, but VAR ruled him offside in the build-up.
It was Arsenal’s third 1-0 league win in four games. Mikel Arteta wants his side to be more clinical, but the champions have now taken 27 points from a possible 30 and go into the international break six points clear.

Nottingham Forest 3-1 Manchester City
City’s slide continued at the City Ground. Forest were 2-0 up after 18 minutes through defender Jair Cunha and Liam Delap. Before Saturday, Forest hadn’t scored a single Premier League goal at home this season.
Enzo Maresca’s side improved after the break, and Rayan Cherki pulled one back with a fierce finish into the roof of the net. Delap settled it in the 73rd minute, though, beating Gianluigi Donnarumma with his left foot.
City won their first seven league games under Maresca but have now lost three in a row. They are also still waiting to hear their punishment after being found guilty of more than 100 breaches of Premier League financial rules.
Leeds 1-0 Tottenham
Substitute Noah Okafor scored in the 79th minute to end Tottenham’s three-match winning run. The first half was dominated by Jayden Bogle’s challenge on Mathys Tel, which VAR checked for a possible red card before clearing it.
Referee John Brooks wasn’t sent to the pitchside monitor, and Tel went off injured shortly before half-time. Roberto De Zerbi refused to be drawn on the incident.
