Betway Premiership: Match Week 4 preview

There's a host of thrilling mid-week Betway Premiership fixtures taking place across South Africa this week.

The Betway Premiership returns this week with a full round of exciting midweek fixtures taking place across the country.

The early pacesetters have already started to separate themselves from the rest, with Orlando Pirates, Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns leading the way at the summit following the opening three rounds.

At the other end of the table, Marumo Gallants, Kruger United and Siwelele have found the going tough, managing just a single point apiece after three rounds of matches.

It may still be early days in the campaign, but points are already at a premium as teams look to establish some momentum. Here is a look at what is in store for this week’s fixtures.

Tuesday’s Betway Premiership fixtures

On Tuesday night, defending league Champions Orlando Pirates welcome Sekhukhune United to the Orlando Stadium. Elsewhere in Mpumalanga, Kruger United host Durban City at the Mbombela Stadium.

Marumo Gallants host TS Galaxy at the Royal Bafokeng Stadium while Siwelele FC and Chippa United square-off at the Toyota Stadium. In Limpopo, Polokwane City host Milford FC at the Peter Mokaba Stadium.

Wednesday’s Betway Premiership fixtures

Mamelodi Sundowns welcome AmaZulu to Loftus Versfeld stadium on Wednesday evening while Stellenbosch travel to the King Zwelithini Stadium to face Golden Arrows.

Kaizer Chiefs are also in action at the Princess Magogo Stadium in KwaMashu where they’ll tackle Richards Bay FC to conclude round four in the Betway Premiership.
