Footballer of the Season
Oswin Appollis scored 12 goals and provided nine assists in 43 appearances across all competitions in his debut Pirates season. Relebohile Mofokeng contributed 11 goals and nine assists in 36 games, also leading the league for chances created. Teboho Mokoena remained Sundowns’ heartbeat, scoring seven goals in 41 appearances.

Defender of the Season
Khuliso Mudau remained a mainstay in Sundowns’ backline, making 36 appearances across all competitions. Lebone Seema settled quickly after joining from TS Galaxy, playing 37 games as Pirates won the league. Nkosinathi Sibisi captained the Buccaneers to the title, with the club conceding just 12 goals in 30 league matches.
Goalkeeper of the Season
Sipho Chaine set a new PSL record with 21 clean sheets in 30 league appearances as Pirates won the title. Ricardo Goss was a mainstay for Siwelele. Brandon Petersen impressed for Kaizer Chiefs, recording 15 clean sheets in 23 appearances.

Coach of the Season
Miguel Cardoso guided Sundowns to a runners-up league finish, but delivered a second CAF Champions League title, beating AS FAR Rabat in the final.
Cedric Kaze and Khalil Ben Youssef led Kaizer Chiefs to third place, their best finish since 2019-20. Abdeslam Ouaddou won a domestic treble in his debut season, ending Pirates’ 14-year league wait for the League title alongside the MTN8 and Carling Knockout.
Young Player of the Season
Isaac Cisse impressed following a mid-season move to Golden Arrows, scoring four goals with two assists in 26 appearances. Seluleko Mahlambi was a regular for TS Galaxy at just 21, finishing among the league’s top scorers. Relebohile Mofokeng also features, having become the Premiership’s most valuable player this season.
