Goals from Alexander Isak and Florian Wirtz helped Liverpool move closer to Champions League qualification with a win over Crystal Palace at Anfield.
Two quick goals before half-time put Liverpool in control. Isak opened the scoring, converting a rebound after an effort from Alexis Mac Allister was blocked.
Andy Robertson added a second soon after, finishing a counter-attack to give the hosts a firm advantage at the break.

The victory lifts Liverpool into fourth place and leaves them well positioned to secure Champions League football, holding an eight-point advantage over the chasing pack with four matches remaining.
While the result strengthens their position, the extent of Salah’s injury could prove decisive in the closing stages of the campaign.
