Cape Town Spurs have named Roger de Sá as the club’s new Technical Director, effective immediately.
De Sá will be tasked with implementing a long-term strategic vision and establishing a sustainable, high-performance football structure.
He brings a wealth of experience, most recently serving as assistant coach to Carlos Queiroz with both the Egyptian and Iranian national teams — roles that exposed him to top-level international football and tactical trends.
In addition to his broader technical responsibilities, De Sá will work closely with the first-team coaching staff as preparations begin for the upcoming season.
