QPR eye South Africa U20 star Smith

Queens Park Rangers are reportedly monitoring South African youth international Tylon Smith following his standout displays at the 2025 Under-20 Africa Cup of Nations.

Smith helped South Africa claim their first U20 AFCON title with a 1–0 win over Morocco in the final in Egypt.

The 20 year old center back who plays for Stellenbosch FC, was named Player of the Tournament after a series of composed defensive performances.

According to Kick Off, English Championship side QPR are considering a move for Smith ahead of the new season, with clubs in the United Arab Emirates also expressing interest.
