Formula 2 standout and Red Bull Junior driver Arvid Lindblad swapped tarmac for turf in a thrilling head-to-head sprint against Leeds United’s fastest players at Elland Road.
The race, which involved moving from one penalty box to the other and back, was a challenge to determine who was fastest on grass – a footballer or a Formula One car.
Wingers Willy Gnonto, Largie Ramazani, and Isaac Schmidt represented the club’s quickest legs. The footballers blitzed off the line as the RB7 struggled for initial grip, but Lindblad soon unleashed the car’s power. A seamless turn at the far end sealed the win for Red Bull, leaving the players in awe of F1’s acceleration.
